In Disney's new Fantasy Land a new roller coaster opening spring. 2014
This ride will be a smooth rail roller coaster with open carts, that are said will rock back and forth like real mine carts through quick turns and drops through the Dwarf's mines, and Snow Whites enchanted Forrest. Music and animated chacters will round out this ride. Would have loved this one to have been finished for our trip. But will be a great addition for our next visit.
While we were there Disney Imagineers gave a rare glimpse behind the scenes in behind "Broken" boards
to allow guest to see the work in progress on the roller coaster.
I realize the photo has some haze on it due to the plexiglas, but you can see the workers behind the plexiglas Placing trees, and final details on the ride. While others were working on the track itself
I do apologise for the quality of these photographs, between the weather and the the shooting through the glass these just didn't turn out as well as I had hoped they would. However, I thought something was better than nothing at all.
