With Disney's changes in their Guest's with disabilites policy the main thing to know is this. As a guest with a disability or special needs go to the guest relations in the park. Tell the Cast Member that you are a guest with a disability or special needs. Then you will be given a Disability Assistance Card, with the number of people in your party. This card will work more like a "Fast Pass" giving you a time to arrive at rides through out the park.
